1 Does Hybreeze Furniture have a showroom to visit?

Yes, our showroom is located at Unit 6, 41-43 Lexton Road, Box Hill Noth, VIC, 3129. Our showroom opens 7 days from 10:00am to 6:00pm.

2 Can I pay cash on delivery for my online orders?

Unfortunately, cash on delivery is not accepted by Hybreeze Furniture for online orders. All payments must be made prior to the delivery of your orders.

3 When will my orders be delivered?

We guarantee that all items listed on our website will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. You will find an approximate delivery time frame quoted on the payment page once you have placed your order. We will notify you prior to the delivery. Occasionally, delays occur due to our courier partners’ delays. If this occurs, we will certainly advise you of a new delivery date. Please note the delivery date listed on your invoice is only an estimate. We cannot guarantee furniture will be delivered at a specific time.

4 Does Hybreeze Furniture have all listed products in stock?

We have all listed products in stock, and we make sure all your ordered items are able to be collected or delivered once they are under dispatch stage. For very occasional cases, some items may be temporarily out of stock; If we are out of stock, we will call you as soon as possible. Please note: We endeavour to ensure manufacturer’s delivery times are accurate, but they are subject to change from time to time.

5 How much is delivery?

Our standard delivery rate for Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Adelaide metro deliveries is $80. However, costs can vary depending on the number of items and your home location. The exact cost will be calculated and shown on the Check-out page after you enter your post code. In order to ensure good customer experience, We are offering delivery vouchers for non-metro customers who have 2 or more items in 1 order. Please make sure to collect your delivery voucher in your shopping cart and enter the voucher code before you check-out. Hybreeze Furniture reserves the right of final interpretation for the delivery voucher.

6 Does Hybreeze Furniture deliver to my area?

Yes, we will deliver to major metro cities, including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. If your home is further away, we can arrange with our carrier partners depending on your location. 

7 Can I pick up my order?

Yes, orders can be picked up from Hybreeze Furniture’s showroom / warehouse at Unit 6, 41-43 Lexton Road, Box Hill Noth, VIC, 3129. Our showroom/warehouse opens 7 days from 10:00am to 6:00pm.

8 Can I nominate a delivery date or time?

Unfortunately, as Hybreeze Furniture is not able to control our courier partners’ delivery schedule. But we are constantly negotiating this issue with our courier partners to improve our delivery service and hope to have this service available in the future.

9 Can I add an authority to leave for my order if I won’t be home.

Option 1: No, for the value and safety reason of your order as well as the requirement from our our courier partners, an adult signature will be required at delivery. (Bryan’s preference)

Option 2: Yes, when entering your delivery information there is a section for you to add an authority to leave.

10 What happen if my items arrive damaged?

Products are occasionally damaged in transit.If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, you should take photos or video showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

11 What happens if I am not home when the furniture is delivered?

In this unfortunate case, we will have to arrange another delivery time. You will incur a second delivery charge as our carriers are paid for each delivery.

12 What is your return and warranty Policy

We urge our customers read our return and warranty policy under “Terms and Conditions” carefully before they decide to return or claim warranty for a certain products.
